Billy is a vastly experienced DJ/promoter from Miami, Florida. He's recently started up his own label 'Smuggling Musik' to showcase his own productions. 'Black Hand' is a very dark, driving minimal techno monster! Remixes come firstly from the ever-impressing Simone Tavazzi, who continually turns heads with his unique style of shuffling Italian techno.
