Originally from Edinburgh, Stokes creates his bouncy, bass-riddled techno using an impressive hardware setup. 'Water Rocket' & 'Caged' are two very subtle yet powerful techno tracks, with massive build-ups throughout. Remixes on this one come from MiniCoolBoyz fresh after thier remix of Marco Dassi's 'Varesse Ist Leer' was released on Richie Hawtin's M-nus label. Then Click Click from berlin who transforms Water Rocket into a deep, dark minimal monster.
