As one of the hottest newcomer in techno Hans Bouffmyhre from Glasgow gives his debut on Harthouse and it's not his debut on Harthouse only. Strictly speaking it is his debut album filled with a new musical spirit, playful and linear, powerful and dark. So Hans Bouffmyhre could stand for a new techno generation rearranging the music and setting the focus on old and new elements to fuse them to a new mixture of intensity.

The 23 years old DJ and producer who released on labels like Perc Trax, Viva Music, Soma Records, Synewave, Harthouse, 8 Sided Dice and Autist so far begins his journey with semi minimal structures paired with classic techno highs from time to time, giving every track a special intense drive with kicks and basses. With well dosed sound arrangements and effects he creates a very special atmosphere placed somewhere between complex minimal techno and direct oldschool spirit before he kicks it off with track number five: 'Second Generation', the track that brings out the essence of the album and the sound of Hans Bouffmyhre.

What follows are very techy and strong grooves. The founder of Sleaze Records creates manyfold tracks with complex percussion structures supporting the deep and dark synthesizer atmospheres with a nervous ground potential. It seems every element wants to be the contrast of all other elements what leads them into a swirl of energy and emotions. Closing his intense album with the heavy, stomping and mystic track 'As You Were Sir' Hans Bouffmyhre took us on the journey of the deepest techno underground of the new generation.
